Please help us to help you and provide our quality goods.
- Please ensure you give us the correct size for hats and blankets allowing for growth if for a child, as well as big hair or no hair. (Sorry we cannot replace hats because your child’s head has grown!)
- Buyer pays the cost of postage
- No returns will be accepted, unless goods are faulty. In that case returns will only be accepted 7 days from purchase or receipt of goods if posted and the goods replaced as soon as we can crochet the replacement.
- All goods are only posted signed for. If you are not in when the item (s) is/are delivered please make sure you are happy with your named signatory (i.e. neighbour). Should goods go missing - if they have been signed for it is the buyer’s responsibility to make a complaint to the carrier and to investigate as the carrier will not compensate Rosebea Hats once they have a signature. Rosebea Hats takes no responsibility items once a signature is provided by Royal Mail.
